Rewind

Skye was seven months on the 28 of March and she seems to be keeping our hands full

All in all she is always doing something that just makes us laugh and were so grateful to have her.

Here she is in the morning. She looks so much like her father. They both seem to get visits from "Ralph" the night hair dresser.

WOW! They grow sooo fast. She is learning to stand all by herself. Although she can't get up by herself, if you put her against something she does a pretty good job of staying there.

In the middle of the month we were finally able to go to the zoo with one grandparent. Here she is getting ready for some fun times. Her bangs were getting to long so I fixed up her hair and then "snip snip" I trimmed her bangs. Don't they look good?

At the zoo we saw lot's of animals. Grandma especially liked all the bright colores and baby Skye preferred to look at all the people. I guess she is still a little too young to notice that there are animals inside of those big cages. Meanwhile, Grandma did her best to entertain our little rugrat. Next time we'll try to get the other grandparents to join us.

So, the baby and I have started walking in the mornings. We put on our workout clothes and out the door we go. We take Koko with us too, which makes it quite an adventure. It was a lot of fun while it lasted. I'll have to gather up some energy and start doing it again. Three days of walking did absolutly nothing for my figure.

Well, the last thing that happened this month was that me and Skye went to the park with a few women from church. They all take their kids and have a play date. It was fun, but the baby is starting to move alot more and she wanted to stand. So when we got home her socks went from white to black. We had to do something about it.
I took her to Target and found a cute pair, but they did not have anything in her size. I looked at Wal-Mart and had the same problem and then a light bulb went on. Maybe I should go to Payless since they specialize in shoes. How smart right?

Check out the cute shoes. They had a sale so I had to buy two pairs.

These have got to be the cutest little sandals.

Skye also digs the shoes. You can see in the smile on her face.
