Happy Birthday Mary
On the 15th of March Dustin invited all of Marybeth's family and friends to the zoo. It was all that she wanted. She was soo excited, not to have her friends and family there, but to see the animals. At every exhibit she was the first in line to see. When we got to the camel rides she begged for someone to go with her. And at the petting zoo you better believe she was the first to go in and see the pets. She is such a big kid and that is why we love her.

All in all we had a wonderful time and hope to go more often. Next time we will try to get the rest of the family out there.

Easter

Easter was early this year and it really surprised us. Grandma and Grandpa Maurer were able to help out with the baby so that both of us could go to work. Luckily we were the first ones there and we were able to leave first. So after work we drove out to Mark and Debbie's. Oh, dinner was fantastic. There was ham, fruit jello, homemade potatos, potato skins, coleslaw, and much more.

So we tried to get a good easter picture of the baby, but lets face it we're no photographer. Well, this is the best picture and it's actually the only one of her smiling. She kept grabbing the grass and trying to eat it. In every other picture she kept giving us a sour face.

This post is dedicated to our mothers.

I don't know what we would do without these wonderful women in our lives. They have been nothing but support especially since we had the baby. Both were there for the delivery and both play a huge role in our lives today.

Liz has called and bothered her mom all day everyday since the delivery. She either tells her mom about the baby or asks for her advice. It's nice to get an opinion from a mom who already raised twelve children. She has been such a big help and we are thankful to have her in our lives.

Brandon's mom has also been a big help. She created a beautiful nursery for our baby which we love and she is always around when we need her.

We love the both you and are appreciative of all that you do.

It's my first time

Okay, our brother Justin has been telling us to get a blog for a while now. Well J this is for you. We recently had our first child. What an experience! She is the most beautiful little girl in the world. She has brought so much light into our lives. We use to get excited about going out and now the smallest things can make us go crazy. For instance, when she found her feet. How cute it was that she had her toes jammed in her mouth.

Or when her aunt watched her and sent her home in pigtails. How adorable!
We are mostly happy that our little one has soo much family and friends who care for and love as much as we do.

She is now almost seven months. Wow! Time goes by so fast. She spends most of the day rolling around on the floor and soon she will be crawling. She is just too much fun.
